Where the IQ is on top of the cable news ratings and someone was trying to show that Fox News caters to the less intelligent crowd.

That being said, 83? 100 is supposed to be average, 80-120 is the first standard deviation which encompasses 70% of the population. That's a pretty damning number, but if a true number, not a very surprising one. IQ measures one's ability to think logically and it wouldn't surprise me in the least bit if conservatives aren't so hot at that.
