(5,624 posts)1. Certainly AL and MS. I think that there will be 3-4 holdouts left before the Feds finally mandate
equality. I think out of that list GA may be one of the first to flip.

Florida law does not recognize any form of relationship between same-sex partners.[1] Same-sex marriage and civil unions were banned when a state constitutional amendment was endorsed by 62% of the voters on November 4, 2008,[2][3] exceeding the 60% margin required.[4]

Tennessee, New Mexico probably Texas should be in their. Not quite sure what Utah's status is right now
