and the ice caps melt and society is trying to survive.
Nurses, teachers, doctors, artist, musicians.electricians, carpenters, farmers ,scientist etc. will be the ones that society wants
Not politicians bankers, wall street or realtors.

(15,023 posts)Easy, you know the way it's supposed to be
Silver people on the shoreline let us be
Talkin' 'bout very free and easy
Horror grips us as we watch you die
All we can do is echo your anguished cries
Stare as all human feelings die
We are leaving, you don't need us
Aaaah ...
Go take your sister then by the hand
Lead her away from this foreign land
Far away where we might laugh again
We are leaving, you don't need us
When all's said and done, I suspect those who will be in demand "when the shit comes down" are those who possess the juice, those with vehicles and gasoline and food and guns. Think Mad Max, or better yet, The Road Warrior. I believe that's a better picture of where we'll be, "when the shit comes down."

(79 posts)But probably not for long, I'm sure a few hundred thousand of them are working full time at minimum wage to develop a completely automated software development system that will put 99.9% of them out of a job.
