I am all about the presumption of innocence... but this fellow isn't making it easy. It looks like he has a black shirt on under the shirt he's wearing... what does that one say? Something worse? (perhaps If you Don't Like my Driving, Get Off the Sidewalk... or, for the sake of simplicity just, Strangles Women)

Also, is there a Tom Delay school of happy-go-lucky mugshots in this part of the country? Seems pretty carefree for someone arrested for trying to strangle his girlfriend.
