'Femme Fatale' actress sued by producers for $85,000 for refusing to film nude sex scene: report
A Hollywood actress may have to shell out more than $85,000 for refusing to go nude for a simulated sex scene.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Anne Greene filed a complaint against Time Warner, HBO, Cinemax and production company True Crime LLC claiming that she was sexually harassed and coerced into performing in the buff.
True Crime is now counter-suing Greene, claiming that she violated a "Nudity Rider" by failing to act out a scene from Cinemax project "Femme Fatale" completely naked. Greene, the filing states, knew the terms of her scene going in and only voiced discomfort with the nudity required immediately before the scene began shooting. Ultimately, Greene wore pasties over her nipples to shoot the scene, requiring the company to use a body double and incurring unforeseen editing expenses.
