Gohmert: 'No Evidence' Holder Was Mistreated

Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) said Thursday that there is no evidence Attorney General Eric Holder was "mistreated" during a testy House Judiciary Committee hearing earlier this week.

Speaking at a civil rights summit on Wednesday, Holder went off-script to land another blow at Gohmert after the two verbally sparred at the hearing.

"What attorney general has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?" Holder said. "What president has ever had to deal with that kind of treatment?”

“Now, when he says that they — that he’s been so mistreated, he does not have evidence," Gohmert told Fox News host Megyn Kelly. "As a judge and a chief justice, I look for evidence. He has none."
