SC Senate Bill says "mammoths created on sixth day of creation"

Part of some kerfuffle about designating the mammoth as the state fossil.

Silly SC Senate. Don't they know that mammoths were created on the 8th day because while God was resting after the taxing work of creating all that stuff he realized that Adam and Eve needed a way to get to church? Later after the mammoths went extinct he created horses to take up the slack.

We have our own idiots in the NC legislature, but the mammoth fossil kerfluffle is about the idiots in the SC legislature.

Because the only thing this form of idiocy does is confirm that our exceptionalism is now limited to finding ways to become a world-wide laughing-stock.
