One of them already said, they had planned to sacrifice their women as meat-shields, calculating that the outrage in the media would force the feds to back down.

That's a part of the original purpose of militias. The big, big problem I have with the idiots that showed up in this incident was that they were willing to take up arms for such a feeble, wrong-headed reason. Helping a millionaire asshole get away with stealing public resources? Really?!?

The militia rationale in the Second Amendment exists to combat oppression and tyranny, foreign or domestic...not to aid and abet theft.

When will that happen? Yes, Waco might have been a misstep but Janet Reno did what she felt necessary to assert the enforcement of the law.

Holder has been silent for these many years as state after state denied voting rights, denied worker's rights, denied the sovereignty of the federal gov't.

Where is our FOR the people?

Times have changed and it is now time to redefine the right of free speech -- that there are limits to that freedom and the rights of the victims of that speech's injury should start being heard. At what point does Beck and others cross the line into treason? The only way to find out is in court.
