take the job, you don't have to agree with your employer or their political positions.

Can you get out the vote?

Can you enlighten your coworkers and help them discover the good side of themselves? It may be painful, but remember who you are.

A lot of people here have no choice but to work for right-wing companies. If that is all you can get right now, go for it.

I don't know if you've noticed what the job market is like but yeah, you should take the job. You're not going to wound the political right by shooting yourself in the foot.

Excellent idea!

You know, it's also possible that this particular franchise owner is a decent person to work for. You never know.

Your regular car insurance is not for commercial purposes and if it came out that you were in a wreck while working, you could be sued.

you can of course continue to look for something else .

but even those who are older don't have much choice .

you need to pay the bills.

just stay involved in politics and try to pass laws so there are better regulations and a more fair system.

my first job was $1.00/hr working on a farm (I was only 12 - little summer job). You get references when you do a good job & you look for something new (or advancement to manager). You are always more attractive to other companies if you're already working. Take the job!

It doesn't have to be monetary support - having the job also allows you to do volunteer work for your local democratic campaigns. That sort of thing.

Within, you can be the fifth column.

You should probably take it if you can get it. Many people would be happy to get it. Work there, and start going to a community college during the mornings when Papa John's isn't opened. Take classes to learn a trade, and you may be able to get a decent union job after awhile.
