is that women have always been in the drivers seat! We don't pretend to know where we are going we know. And we damn well don't need to stop for directions to get us there!

I'm 60 & I wear glitter fingernail polish & my hair is so long I have to move it before I set down. I am as lovely at 60 as 30. I am always me. That's the key. Enjoy who you are, where you are.

I just turned 65 last week, and, somehow, my life keeps getting better as I get older.

I bet you are as lovely at 60 as you were at 30.

A lot of us wish we were as healthy as we were 40 years ago, but if it meant going back to that level of cluelessness, foget it.

Do NOT GIVE A DAMN what other people think about your hair, or whatever. They do NOT run your life.

There is only one YOU and there will never be another YOU.

Make the most of it.

My late father shut up my grandma who worried about what people thought of her.

He said, "Most people are worried about what you think of THEM, because they are self-centered."

The last time I saw a mouth like that it had a hook in it.

A perfect comeback.
