From his wife:Chris is moving but not to Fairview. He is moving about 5 min east up the hill to Kindred. They have a very good working relationship with the lung transplant team at the Clinic. Chris will be followed closely by the team remotely and they will visit him as well.
They are saying Tuesday.

(23,278 posts)They are very into customer satisfaction.Tell his wife to get very well known to his primary care and the nursing staff....positively if possible.I developed very deep relationships with my patients and their families...we still keep in touch. I worked with quite a few post transplant patients there...both on and off ventilators.Nutrition and physical therapy will become extremely important. They have weekly case conferences...she is allowed to attend his and ask questions.

The only thing I'm wondering is: which Kindred? I was just looking at the map and there seem to be several. Or maybe I'm just confused!
