go to pic, place mouse over image/video
right click
go to Copy URL and select
paste where necessary on DU
*note when you paste it will only show as a string of letters/numbers similar to a link
click preview or refresh page: this will change the string of letters/numbers to the picture

Beneath the line that includes Share a box will pop up with a series of letters/numbers highlight the string of numbers/letters and copy and paste the way you would any sentence.
Paste onto DU. Again, the video won't appear immediately. It will look more like a link. Refresh screen or click preview and the video will appear.
For YouTube videos there is also an option to have the video start at a specific time. Right after the string of numbers/letters there will be a small box the words "start at" and then the video time will appear in the next box. Run the video to the desired start point, say 2:02. Stop the video, click on the "start at" box and then copy and paste the video URL.

Thought I'd put that out there for those who don't know how. It's usually the same process all over the internet.
