"It's the process stupid" to paraphrase Carville. GOTV drives need to be updated.
They need to start earlier, teach new registration laws, provide legal advise on how to fend off election day challenges, and in Georgia keep voters aware of open carry at the poles.
It's the process to win elections, it's policy after the election is won.
