Congressman Michael Grimm Is Going To Be Indictedby Hunter Walker at Business Insider
http://www.businessinsider.com/congressman-michael-grimm-is-going-to-be-indicted-2014-4
"SNIP....................
Rep. Michael Grimm (R-N.Y.) is imminently going to be indicted by a federal prosecutor, according to his attorney.
Patton Boggs LLP partner William McGinley issued a statement to Business Insider on Friday that accused the government of having a "politically driven vendetta" against Grimm.
"After more than two years of investigation plagued by malicious leaks, violations of grand jury secrecy, and strong-arm tactics, the U.S. Attorneys Office has disclosed its intent to file criminal charges against Congressman Grimm. We are disappointed by the government's decision, but hardly surprised," McGinley said.
"From the beginning, the government has pursued a politically driven vendetta against Congressman Grimm and not an independent search for the truth. Congressman Grimm asserts his innocence of any wrongdoing. When the dust settles, he will be vindicated. Until then, he will continue to serve his constituents with the same dedication and tenacity that has characterized his lifetime of public service as a Member of Congress, Marine Corps combat veteran, and decorated FBI Special Agent," McGinley said.

Should be interesting.
This guy is a real piece of work. And I grew up in Queens the same time he did (he's a few years older) - know plenty of people who went to Molloy with this cafone.

And his Curriculum Vitae doesn't mean a damn thing, a crook is a crook is a crook, doesn't matter his station, education or life accomplishments.
