Help Some Kids, Please -

A good friend of mine adopted three young boys from the Ukraine a few months ago, and has discovered she can't get her local school to abide by the rules for ESL ("English as a Second Language&quot education. She has also learned that the rules are (politely) "open for interpretation" and need some work.

Can you help out the next generation by signing her petition to get some attention to these issues? Please?

On Edit - was wrong link - doh!

Much appreciation for any signing, sharing, kicking, etc.

States like Virginia have understandable problems, with many languages at issue, but did sign.
