Racism is a part of this, too, I think, but the general point is that his employees don't earn their keep. He gives it to them, and they take it from him.

2. Givers and takers...

As usual the parasites at the top mistake their ability to exploit the work of others to concentrate wealth for themselves as 'wealth creation', and pat themselves on the back for something that could exist just fine without them.

Donald Sterling does not 'give' them anything. He allows them to keep a fraction of the wealth he collects from other people who want to see them play. He's as much a leech as the recording industry is on musical artists.
