2. The "one-percent thinking" of people like Sterling is the problem.

I guarantee that NO ONE goes to the basketball game to watch Sterling play basketball. And he doesn't GIVE ANYTHING to his players; THEY EARN IT!! This pampered one-percenter needs to realize that HE need his players a lot more than they need him.
