how it works. He said he owned a house in Pennsylvania and Texas and claimed it entitled him to vote in both states. BTW, True the Voter organizer is also in Fort Bend County, convenient, huh.

concept of 1 voter, 1 vote.
They feel that they should be allowed to vote everywhere they have an interest,
just like the candidate you mentioned from Fort Bend County Texas.

So not only does the 1% believe that more money means more free speech,
but that more money means more democracy (for them)!

This is just the first defeat headed your way. Hope you didn't get too comfortable in that mansion in Harrisburg.

Can't wait until November to vote Corbett out of office. The Democrats have 4 very strong candidates to choose from in the primary next month...anyone of them would beat Corbett.

For what it's worth, my rep in the PA Senate, Daylin Leach, says that it's likely that the ruling will hold.

While we're discussing PA and Corbett, check out my earlier post:

Pennsylvania State Senator Daylin Leach plans sit in at Governor's office for medical marijuana.

It makes me cry. His mom had to give him up due to poverty.

Leach seems eager to fight Corbett's malarkey. Good.

Isn't it a conspiracy to suppress voting?

Silly citizen, laws are only for little people. They do not apply to politicians, government, rich people, or corporations.

"In a 29-page decision, Judge Bernard L. McGinley said the law requiring Pennsylvania voters to produce photo ID at the polls failed "to provide liberal access to compliant photo ID" and, as a result, voters were disenfranchised."

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A federal judge in Milwaukee struck down Wisconsin's voter identification law Tuesday, declaring that a requirement that voters show a state-issued photo ID at the polls imposes an unfair burden on poor and minority voters.
