Yesterday I got a sample ballot in the mail for the June 3rd Election.
I have over a month to decide how to vote on the issues and candidates. In a couple of weeks I will get the official mail in ballot.
This will be the same in Nov's election.
Yes I am staying home but I am also voting.

(15,696 posts)It's so easy. If I want to, I can walk around the corner and vote in person, but I'll just take my time studying the sample ballot and vote by mail this time. I like voting for presidents in person, though.

I've been voting by mail for a couple of years, but I often wonder down to my preceint poll to read the tally on the machine see what the turnout is looking like. Interesting, a majority the registered voters in my neck of the woods vote by mail.
