Cop Breaks 10 Year Old Boy’s Leg for Filming him, Sexually Assaults his Mother

Courtney Silvera was eating his breakfast cereal when cops began knocking at the door. The cops were looking for Courtney’s mother’s ex-boyfriend in connection to violating a protection order.

According to the complaint, the cops began pounding on the front door at which point the situation began to spiral out of control. Courtney’s grandmother, who is suffering from brain and lung cancer opened the door and had a hard time understanding the cops’ reason for being there.

This brave little child, curious of what was going on, grabbed his grandmother’s cell phone and began filming the incident.

“The police had come to our house before (due to the domestic violence complaint) and he’s fascinated by the police, he looks up to them,” Silvera, 30, a nursing student at Long Island University, told the New York Daily News.

But the cop apparently didn’t like being recorded and began assaulting the child, the suit said.

“I heard my son screaming, ‘You can’t do that! You’re hurting me! Don’t hit me!’ ” she said.
The mother had been upstairs getting her 5-year-old daughter ready for school. She bolted downstairs into the fray, dressed in her underclothes, and was grabbed by a cop who pulled her outside in the freezing cold, the suit alleges.
While Silvera was being restrained, her breast popped out of her bra revealing a pierced nipple, according to the suit.

“The officer flicked the piercing, he flicked the ring up with his finger on my right breast,” she said. “He said, ‘Is this what mothers look like these days?’

“My neighbors saw me naked. It was degrading. I can deal with the embarrassment of what (the police) did to me in front of my neighbors, but the hardest thing is explaining to my kids that not all police are bad,” she added.

Silvera was charged with assaulting the cops and released two days later on $1,500 bail.

When she returned home, Courtney’s leg was black-and-blue and swollen, she said. The boy was taken to Kings County Medical Center, where an X-ray showed his leg was fractured.

The cop involved in this incident must have been a real tough guy to go beating up on a 10 year old. Even if everything the family alleges is false and the 10 year old somehow attacked the cop, if you cannot restrain a 10 year old with out breaking bones, you have no business working in law enforcement.

The most recent victim of Albuquerque PD wasn't black. I pay attention to these stories of the police state and race doesn't seem to be much of a factor. They are all militarized and anyone who isn't a cop is the "enemy". They're Marines and we're all Al Qaeda. That includes 10 year old boys, gentle homeless people, old people, and ALL dogs.

However, here in NM, bad cops come in the full rainbow and are just as likely to use excessive force on white folks. Boyd, the homeless man who was murdered by cops, was white under all that dirt.

We live in a police state. Nearly every fucking day you can find a news story about cops beating or killing innocent people and killing their pets. Our police are roided up, psychopathic, militarized thugs and they are REAL terrorists. They're practically never held accountable, are above the law, and the killer cops are protected by those few good ones that people always like to say exist. They know they're untouchable and they are getting worse every day. We are in serious trouble. NOTHING stops them. What does that say about our predicament?

This is what forty years of electing destructive, obstructive conservatism has wrought upon us. The rich get away with murder and we're left with getting punished for stupid bullshit. It's an Ayn Rand utopia. We are living in a a police state plain and simple.

You don't know what it was like for that police officer to enter into that house. Police officers face barking dogs and crying children and cranky elderly people every day, but all they get is criticism when they shoot one of those dogs or break the leg of a child or rough up an octogenarian who gives them lip. Let them do their job people! If you want someone to serve and protect, hire a nanny. The police have better things to do.

Do I need to point out that this is sarcasm?

A 95-year-old resident of an Illinois nursing home died early Saturday, hours after being shocked with a Taser and bean bag rounds in a confrontation with police.

Authorities said John Wrana was a resident at Victory Centre of Park Forest, on the 100 block of South Main Street in the south suburb. He was threatening paramedics and staff with a cane and a metal shoehorn when police arrived at the complex, they said.

29. Jose Guerena’s family gets settlement, but his killers still wear badges
Wed Apr 30, 2014, 02:33 AM
Apr 2014

On the morning of May 5, 2011, after working the graveyard shift at a copper mine, Jose Guerena and his wife were awoken at 9:30 AM to loud noises and voices outside their house. Guerena, a 26-year-old former U.S. marine who served 2 tours in Iraq, sprang from his bed began to secure his family. He and his wife thought that their home was being invaded. He hid his wife, Vanessa, and his 4-year-old son in a closet and grabbed his rifle.

He was correct that his home was being invaded. What he did not realize was that the invaders would be wearing uniforms labeled “police.” The noises that jarred Guerena awake would later be revealed to be the detonation of concussion grenades in their back yard. Unbeknownst to him — only seconds earlier — an armored truck had parked in their front yard and a SWAT team was rapidly preparing to break down his door.

Guerena approached the front door toward the source of the noises. Wearing only his boxer shorts, he defensively waited in the hallway for the unidentified bad guys to make their move. Within seconds the door was battered in. After a brief silence, Guerena peered around the corner. Four police officers unleashed a barrage of bullets down the hallway. A fifth one scurried up to the doorway and stuck his gun down the hallway, not wanting to miss his opportunity to participate in a kill. For 10 seconds the shots continued, a total of 71 in all.

30. Cop crushes innocent man's face, gets promotion
Wed Apr 30, 2014, 02:43 AM
Apr 2014

The incident dates back to August 19th, 2009, when a multi-agency drug task force performed a raid on a home on East Swedesford Road in Exton, Pennsylvania. Officers from the West Whiteland Police Department joined forces with the Pennsylvania State Police “Clandestine Drug Lab Team.” The group dressed in black masks and carried long guns into the targeted residence about 9:30 p.m. to stop the inhabitants from getting high.

Things did not go smoothly for the cops, as two of the suspects were able to escape through the back door. Officers resorted to combing the neighborhood for individuals matching the suspects’ description. A few blocks a way, officers came upon a young male wearing shorts and no shirt, entering a residence on nearby Heather Lane.

That man was actually 20-year-old Zachary W. Bare, who had just returned home from swimming in Brandywine Creek. The residence he entered was his own home, where he lived with his disabled mother.

Officers suspected Mr. Bare of being involved with a plot to get high without government permission. They entered his home without permission and confronted him in his kitchen. Bare was ordered him to the floor and cuffed, so that officers could then perform a warrantless search on his house.

Mr. Bare was compliant but understandably upset, as armed paramilitary men had accosted him and invaded his domicile. Another officer entered the home and approached Bare wearing a mask and carrying a shotgun.

That officer was a veteran drug enforcer, later identified as Pennsylvania State Trooper Kelly Cruz. Cruz had been imprisoning people for getting high as long as Zachary Bare had been alive. The trooper, who lives in Oxford, is a “prolific and productive narcotics agent,” according to his own attorney, with multiple tours of combat experience in the Middle East.

Mr. Bare remained prone on his kitchen floor, face-down and handcuffed. When he had the audacity to talk back to Trooper Cruz in his own home, the veteran officer told him to “shut the f*** up.” Cruz then raised his jackboot above Bare’s head and stomped on his skull.

After being essentially curb-stomped, Bare’s head had been fractured in 2 places; his nose was broken; his upper teeth were driven upward into his gums and jaw. He spit a mess of blood and teeth onto the floor.

Bare was determined to have not been involved with the supposed “meth lab” a few streets away and was never charged with any crime.
