I may not have always agreed with him-- evidence his handling of the whole Clarence Thomas hearings and the ugly debacle that he could and should have reigned in, rather than leaving Anita Hill so abused.

That said, he has been terrific, especially re: violence against women... and that big grin of his--he makes me smile.
