Dep. of Health study: Kern County children encounter pesticides daily
BAKERSFIELD - Hazardous pesticides were used within a quarter of a mile of 20 percent of schools, according to a new study.
The California Department of Public Health study shows many students encounter the danger daily.
Latino students are more at risk to the dangerous exposure.
