Oy! Marylanders: the Howard Duckett dam has overflowed
I'm hoping those of you who need to know this have more reliable sources than me, but this is from my friend who works for MD and is trying to spread the word as far as possible. The Howard Duckett dam has overflowed, and the Brighton dam has had to open its gates.
