REAL net neutrality.

Roll back media regs to restrict consolidation of ownership of media.

FIRE ARNE DUNCAN.

Get rid of all former Goldman-Sachs employees. Replace them with Nouriel Roubini, Robert Reich, Joseph Stiglitz, or DU's own Demeter, who have actually been right about the economy at some point within the last decade or 2.

Call me back when you've got that done.

It would not. People holding an office cannot change the law. Why the broad brush prejudice against people simply for working for a certain bank?

but his powers as CIC would seem to give him great latitude as long as the framing is carefully conceived.

For example, rather than proposing that tolls on Interstate Highways be allowed, he might declare that since the Interstate Highway system was created to facilitate movement of military equipment, then it is appropriate to allocate DOD funds to cure any and all shortcomings in the Highway Trust Fund, ie. its a National Security issue.

SEC .108 NATIONAL SYSTEM OF INTERSTATE AND DEFENSE HIGHWAYS.

…..Because of its primary importance to the national defense, the name of such system is here by changed to the "National System of Interstate and Defense Highways". Such National System of Interstate and Defense Highways is here in after in this Act referred to as the "Interstate System.

Happy reading if one is interested

Are more about funding, enforcement, and interpretation of existing laws as I understand it. It directs agencies to use resources to concentrate on certain things that were less of a priority or to make priorities less important. A president can't enact new laws through executive orders, I don't believe. ..

have them all arrested and their assets seized. He can order all Federal Agencies and Departments to use any means necessary at their disposal to round up the terrorists anywhere in the world.

100% Legal now thanks to the morons in Congress, the Patriot Act and the SCOTUS

No more voters' IDs, inequality of voting availability, or suppression of elderly and minority voters.

President Obama does not make 'laws.' I get what you are saying, but the Civics Professor that resides in me is persnickety.

If Obama had been smart, he would not have simply issued an executive order not to waterboard, etc. Early in his first term he would have proposed amendments to the War crimes Act and the Torture Act to make them unambiguously criminalize waterboarding, etc. But he failed to do so.
