The VA Hospitals "secret" waiting lists...
I understand that having a secret waiting list is wrong, but why would there be one.
Isn't there funding available to send patients to private doctors when there aren't enough military doctors to handle all the cases?
Is Congress to blame for not providing the money? Is the VA to blame for not asking for the money? If they are given the money, are they using it for purposes other than what it's intended?
What kind of people are running these hospitals that it doesn't beother them to see veterans die, but it does bother them if it's found out that they are dying?
What's to gain? That's what I don't get. What the hell is to gain by anybody?
