This is how young our now passed Cockatiel was, and he was an eating machine at that age. No, I really do not have baby pictures. But I remember feeding him, and how much he bonded, and how fast he bonded with his human parents



Now Connie was about this young, much older actually than tuky. There are no baby pics since I had a time to unpack. But she was a cutie, and she is still a cutie that loves to hang out (as she is doing right now) with dad.

Cookie was older, with a few baby feathers, and bonded with me.

Why I show them? Unless we are talking chickens and ducks, none ever thinks birds are cute babies. Well except those of us who have given them good homes.

thunk, so after the fifth time, in her new room, she just took her upstairs and made a nest out of sheets. She did not learn to sleep in her room (aka on a perch) until she met her two brothers a few years later.
