How to make blind, unquestioning credulity look like intelligent scepticism:
1) Find someone saying that the thing you are taking on faith is true. The more "establishment" they are, the better - a respected news organisation that you can dub "MSM", or the US government, is ideal, but the government of any other country, a political movement, or just about anyone else will do too.
2) Brag about how people are disagree with you are buying this propaganda, while you are questioning it.
