Ya know? It's very late, early but

the seaboard states and the a Gulf of Mexico border states better be putting a major plan in place for the coming sea level rise. It also better not be sea walls, levees, and beach replenishment. Those will have little effect in most areas with the coming crisis that appears to be right around the corner.

The peeps will need major help and they won't be very happy when it doesn't come. All were warned years ago.

I may get to see another event I didn't think I would witness: major cities an other areas under water.

If you're young enough, you probably will.

I expect that I'll last until 2030 or so, provided that there isn't forced rationing and mandatory euthanasia of unproductive old people (thanks to the blind greed of the oligarchs and willfully ignorance of movement conservatives), but the brown stuff will start hitting the fan shortly thereafter.

I am a Baby Boomer. I am bitterly disappointed with my US age cohort. I'd HOPED that we were going to leave a better world behind.
