5. Finally got to see him play in person 5-6 times when the Braves moved to Atlanta in 1966.

Before that, all us poor folks in the deep south could do was watch people like him Mantle, Ford, Aaron, ect. play on an old B&W TV. Watching him with the Giants and Aaron with the Braves was quite the treat. Both were in their 30's by then, but still putting up good numbers.
