This morning the Beltway was backed up for a little while due to water pooling in some of the lanes on the Inner Loop. The Metro ran like a top all day long, and during the afternoon rush both 495 and 66 were operating at normal Friday volume.
Plus, and here's the kicker, FoxNews has adopted an "American Spring? What's that?" posture all day long.
Sorry, Teabaggers. I know it's tough to overthrow the government and simultaneously hold an umbrella. Maybe next time you decide to seize the reins of power it won't rain.
