What is the difference between the Tea Party and the mainstream Republican Party?

I don't see a bit of difference in the two?

There is no more mainstream Republican Party. They sold their soul to the devil.

In order to prevent a disastrous desertion from the Republican Party , after two wars and over $10 trillion dollars in debt, in addition to the crash of the stock market and the bailout of the banks, the mainstream Republicans joined the Tea Party and there was no issue they were not willing to sacrifice to become part of the Tea Party club.

Need I repeat? There is no Republican Party.

is a difference between teabaggers and republicans. Boehner is the best example, where during the shutdown and threat to default, he led the house and his teabagger followers.

They led him around on his all-fours, by the nose, and kicked his ass every time he would go by...

Mitch McConnell was just like Boehner until he saw that it was probably a big negative with an election coming up. He figured he could sell himself better as a mainstream Republican, rather than a radical Tea Partier. No doubt, he weighed the decision very carefully. He has been pulling the wool over the eyes of the voters in Kentucky for 30 years. You can only imagine how stupid his followers truly are...

Use of the phrase "Tea Party" obscures the fact that they're *all* republicans. There aint no choices on any ballot, anywhere, with the letter (T) after them.
