A message for the 99% and friends:

We may sometimes disagree with one-another, even viciously, but can we try to educate each other instead of going to war over every perceived slight?

There are people who are truly at war with us, trying to pick the remaining flesh from our bones; perhaps we can save our energy to kick their asses instead?

Regards,

Can-we-end-this-silliness Manny

of referring to Greenwald via his initials. This is one of the stupidest ones ever, and I'm sure FDR, HST, LBJ, and JFK would agree with that. There is a long journalistic tradition of referring to well known figures by their initials. it saves precious headline space, for one thing.

Now about the fringe calling him "Gigi," they're only showing us why they're on the fringe. The best response would be to tell them they're jerks and then walk away.

And yes, I'd much rather focus on the bastards who are strangling us to death slowly than on people on the same side who use initials to refer to a well known figure.

of the middle class. Those that would support Wall Street hacks. Those that are ok with the NSA/CIA/FBI security state. Those that think the president should have the ability to arrest and detain anyone he "deems" a terrorist. Maybe those that pretend they dont know that Pres Obama want to kill the middle class with the TPP or kill our environment via cross country pipelines.

Those that prefer to ignore the above issues and spew hatred about Greenwald or Snowden or OWS.
