Judge slaps mentally challenged black teenager

on back of head and yells, "Run N___ , run" as teenager runs away. Asshat judge, working part-time as security at a Flea Market (this I have trouble understanding) assaults a black teenager with a learning disability helping vendors and yells racial slurs at him as he flees. Be proud Mississippi

The bio on this guy states that he spent 10 years in high school . To be a judge in Mississippi apparently one only needs to be a High School graduate and be required to attend 6 - SIX- HOURS of training a year.
