My main problem with jorts is that they are uncomfortable to wear. They ride up on your waist and cause a wedgie. Belts are here for a reason. I understand if you guys hate low shorts. Me too, that's why I'm starting to wear belts. This is just my opinion and I'm welcome to further discussion.

They have to give them a new trendy name lest the kids think they're wearing the same kind of clothes that their grandparents wore.

(27,670 posts)always found them to be very comfortable, I'm wearing a pair right now. My hips and butt just hold them in place. I suppose men don't generally have that option.
