where is the media follow-up on this story? they ran like scared rabbits once ol cliven enlightened their viewers on racial matters...worthless ambulance chasers

As a matter of FACT. After Mr. Bundy has made his claims about his constitutional rights and the specifics about the enabling act. Not one news media source nor politician has made a public dispute of his claims. This may be due to the FACT that federal government has no leg to stand on in the matter of owning and managing range land. Or forest land for that matter. Any student of our constitution has read article 1 section 8 and knows it is vary clearly stated the federal government is only allowed certain specific land ownership within the states. None of those permissions listed there include range or forest land.
