they are scared when Dr's call it a public health problem, they are scared so they force the GOP to restrict funding for the centers for disease control. They are scared it would finally open people eyes if data is collected.

staple: fear of government, fear of "different" people, fear of boogeymen under the bed, fear of terrorists, and fear of fear. But mostly, they are scared of falling profits when the American people fight back against gun violence.

that hurts, that hurts a lot. So very sad that the crazies in the NRA and their misinformed and uneducated followers believe this. Sorry if I get condemned by saying the word crazy, yet the idiots that believe their right to own assault weapons is more important than a persons life is despicable.

Powerful toon napkinz.

'And the Weiner Is.' Peter is being given a tour of the NGA facilities, even the showers, where he sees other guys showering. He smiles and says something like, "Everything is so...small." This is a positive for him, because he's in constant competition with his son Chris, who Peter has learned has a bigger penis than he.

I can't help thinking these guns of the gun lovers are as compensatory as expensive sports cars are for more well-to-do assholes.

If, according the NRA, gun owners need to "protect" themselves and others from criminals, when was the last time you read a news article about an armed civilian who PREVENTED a murder?
When Ronald Reagan was shot, he was surrounded by seven Secret Service agents - all "sharpshooters" with instantly accessible, loaded weapons. Yet, a pathetic nobody still managed to emerge from a crowd and fire a dozen bullets at Reagan and his entourage before he was subdued.
In a country where deadly, high-powered weapons are easily available and acts of violence take place in a few,
horrifying seconds, a "concealed and carried" handgun is as useless as a umbrella in a hurricane.

Violent crime is down, way down. We've never been safer in a generation.

These mass-shooter incidents are the rare anomaly, certainly not the rule.
