(10,437 posts)I see fuck all data or even anecdoteS coming from those clowns - only "a white guy shot a black guy therefore nobody should have guns" exploitative crap.

(17,862 posts)case. Black elderly homeowner was yelling at kid in park to stop skateboarding on basketball court. White father with little girl yelled back that it was not prohibited. Dooley then proceeded to cross street and confront father in park. After a struggle (disagreement on what started it) Dooley shot man while Dooley was on his back. Dooley is using Stand Your Ground but it sounds like he will likely lose.

(28,929 posts)In the Casey Anthony Case many of her friends were called regarding her character. When this goes to trial I wonder if Treyvons or Zimmermans friends will be called to testify as to their predispositions.

(14,177 posts)but there is this at least in this case the shooter actually was on his own back. We have zero evidence that Zimmerman spent even as much as a second on his. I am not defending this shooter, I think he deserves to spend the rest of his life behind bars and he probably will due to his age. But, he did get a bit more hurt in the scuffle he started.
