PARMA, Ohio - Just four weeks ago, Elizabeth Kennedy lost her Parma home to foreclosure. Now she finds herself in the middle of legal battle hoping to somehow replace everything she owned.
Kennedy is a legally blind mother of two, who claims Wells Fargo Bank was responsible for sending everything she owned to a Tuscarawas County dump, without proper legal warning.
"They did not serve me with eviction papers, or paperwork stating I needed to remove my stuff in a timely manner," said Kennedy. "It was gone, nothing was left, nothing, and we still have nothing."
Kennedy's attorney, Ed Heben, told NewsChannel5 Wells Fargo bought Kennedy's foreclosed home for $45,000 in a sheriff's sale, but never legally obtained the house.

But Heben claims Wells Fargo changed all the locks on the home and sent all of Kennedy's possessions to the East Sparta city dump without legally owning the house, and without due warning.
"I lost furniture, jewelry, electronics clothes and my kids' bicycles," said Kennedy. "They took my stuff and my children have been left with nothing."
