Just as with a president, the House of Representatives has to vote articles of impeachment (not gonna happen with the current House), and then there would be a trial in the Senate. The justice can be removed only if convicted. Only one Supreme Court justice has ever been impeached by the House: Samuel Chase in 1805. And he was acquitted by the Senate. So I'm not holding my breath.
