The Doctrine On Sexuality, Marriage & Contraception Originally Catholic

Lest we forget the fundamental opposition against ALL family planning is the Catholic Church that considers itself the ONE and ONLY true church ordained by GOD. There is no other. And the 5 conservative justices are RW Catholics that believe the same. Some are actually Opus Dei which is a about defending and spreading the word of GOD al Catholicism.

The other churches have borrowed their stance from the same Catholic Church. 5 Catholic ultra conservatives on the Court is more than coincidental.

The Church believes that contraception should be illegal in my opinion. That is because any non conceptive sex is actually mortal sin. By non conceptive I mean that a couple must have conscious intention to conceive every time they have sex.

Sotamyer is actually probably considered an excommunicatable Catholic because she is required to vote with the majority as far as her bishop and the Pope are concerned. In their view her vote is a sin. I was raised Catholic and you are only a GOOD Catholic if you support ALL and I mean ALL Catholic dogma even to the pain of death.

Sotamyer has the correct view that there are separate walls between civil and moral law. They are not congruous. The recent decision destroys such an idea completely.
