Special Prosecutor can file a case other than murder one before April 10th. She doesn't have to wait. But my guess is she's gonna wait. What the fuck...it's Wednesday. She's actually gonna do something before Tuesday?

Infortunately, I think that's exactly what's going to happen. I think Zimmerman's going to walk, period. Do the math. He's been a free man since he shot Trayvon. Special Prosecutor could have taken action...she hasn't. He's gonna walk.

If she files charges, people could say it's due to political pressure.

It will probably go to a grand jury, and they're just going to try to make a case, in the meantime.

I don't believe anyone knows the whole story. Keep in mind that a conviction requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Assuming he is indicted on something, that may be difficult for the prosecution to establish.
