14. What is bizarre

is that even by (supposed) THEIR standards, Reagen was a disaster:

raised taxes countless times.
exploded the debt.
cut and ran from terrorists in Beirut.
amnesty for illegal immigrants

You want to agitate some clown spouting on about how Reagen was so great, ask them to note the three or four more important things to conservatives.

They will say, taxes, debt and national security.

Hit them with the above points.

I have done this a couple dozen times. If it is someone you don't know or only know casually, they WILL get all agitated, and you will get slammed with some kind of liberal BS thing.

A few of my decent republican friends, when I do that with them, they just sort of smile and let it go.
