Senate was two votes short of getting a bill passed, this is the same story we have witnessed for several years. We know when Reagan declared trickle down economics it was nit going to work. We are still suffering from the trickle down which did not happen. Things looked up in the Clinton years and dove to the bottom of the pit when George W was in office. I agree the tax loop holes are out of line but to this day there has not been much going on which has changed anything. Yes,EW is working on changing some laws but it has to be passed.
