Yes he actually said that.. and more:
"Planned Parenthoods plan for you: One, give you the lowest ranked condoms that are available on the market today, the lowest ranked by Consumer Reports condoms, so you think Planned Parenthoods great, theyre giving you bad condoms, then theyre going to give you birth control that can cause breast cancer, theyre going to give you low-dose birth control, and then theyre going to give you an abortion, and this is their plan to make money."

(4,876 posts)Although I'm not sure how they did the test.
The article mentions that the "low rated" thing is a LIE! THere are no "low rated" condoms, they all rated basically the same.

(17,862 posts)I know from experience that you can have bad ones. We threw a box away of non-name brand ones because one failed and the rubber material was obviously thinner than a name branded one.
In this case brand does matter.

(11 posts)In the February 2005 print issue, they tested condoms for two different categories, "strength" and "durability."
The condoms called "Planned Parenthood Honeydew" received the worst possible score in both of these categories.
It does no one any good for people on this message board to deny this information. Consumer Reports is an objective testing organization whose reputation for product testing is exceptionally high.

(15,379 posts)Planned Parenthood not only does that, but they've hired me and others to further weaken them by twisting them into balloon animals before untwisting them and putting them back in their package.
Please let Hawkins/Dobson know this as soon as possible so he can get the word out.
