This Country Is Really Sick. Just Saw a Poll: 76.9% Say Zimmerman Should Not Be Brought To Trial.

He was defending himself, his life was in danger & he has a right to "stand his ground".

The poll is being conducted by WCBM radio. Only 13% say he should be brought to trial.

Damn. Race relations are much worse than I thought. I mean, I knew it was bad, but damn.

We have raised a population of bullies. Millions voted for a second term for the bullies Bush/Cheney after it was obvious they were big bullies. Bullyism of course includes racism.

With about the same audience as Limpballs, who, if I am not mistaken also sends his bile out from this city and if possibele, is a station that is even more right-wing.

If you do any research on this station, the word Nazi comes up more than a few times.

What kind of survey results would you expect from that kind of listening audience on "the wonder of killing whoever you want and getting away with it".

These listeners are on par with the RW audience at the Pug debate who screamed let him die and booed the hero soldier because he was gay.

If this survey proves anything, it is that there is a dangerous bunch of sick puppies of all ages out there, some gathered around their ham radios in weapon infested basements in their weapon infested, pug parents house, cheering on the second coming of "Hister"*.

*ref to Nostradamus's Hister.

My apologies by the way. But the tape at the station shows a man with a pretty intact nose and chiefly...a pristine, tucked in shirt.

I call bullshit on even a struggle happening.

Yup, tended to people after a struggle who have had the kind of injuries described. And they involve quite a bit of blood, at least 100 cc, which does not sound like much. Hell, it is not much, but looks damn impressive. In other words, that shirt has zero sign of blood, nor the jacket he was wearing.

I will even speculate, where ballistics are critical, the shot was not that close up either.

There is NO FUCKING WAY that 76% of America sees this shooting as justified.76% of America would mean all the conservatives and half the liberals.I can't find a single liberal who doesn't think Zimmerman should be arrested. Even Scarborough wants to see a trial.
I'm not buying this poll... at all.

Here's a right wing Rasmussen poll:
One-third (33%) of adults believe crime watch volunteer George Zimmerman should be found guilty of murder in the shooting death of the Florida teenager, while 15% think Zimmerman acted in self-defense, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. But 52% of Americans are not sure.
http://www.outsidethebeltway.com/scott-rasmussen-decides-to-poll-is-george-zimmerman-guilty-of-murder/

Here's a CNN poll as reported by Politico which says the EXACT OPPOSITE of the poll you posted:

Almost three in four people surveyed, 73 percent, said the 28-year-old neighborhood watch captain whose shooting of Martin has touched off a national uproar, should be arrested, a CNN/ORC International poll found. Just 11 percent said Zimmerman shouldn’t be arrested, while 16 percent said they were unsure.

THe only poll I found even close to the results you posted was at Brietbart and even they say 48% want Zimmerman arrested.

According to website they have Rush Limbaugh and Hannity which right away identifies the station as a wacko station. They have a video on "Vile Unionists" and content that is anti-Obama.

Just because Balitimore might be considered liberal doesn't mean that the station's listeners are liberal.

If you want to accomplish something and you have the resources I would suggest you organize a group of folks that can make phone calls, emails complaining about the programming. If they have a twitter account I would also do tweet bombs on them. Tweet bombs consist of an organized group that send complaints via the twitter to their account. Make sure that their twitter name is enmeshed within the text so that everyone that follows will read any of the complaints. By enmeshed I mean that the twitter name is not the very first part of the text. It can start out with a period and then the twitter account name or referring to the twitter name in the text.

To have some effect for twitter bombs each individual in the group needs to also sent multiple tweets to them about different items or adding more detail with each tweet. So if you have a group of 20 people assigned to tweet bomb each would send about 5 or 10 tweets. Which would amount from 100 to 200 tweets to them. And if you can engage them in a conversation that would be even better because it takes them away from their work assignment.
