i can prove it

you see they oppose him yet he has done nothing, policy wise, that they opposed before he was for it

they oppose him solely on race

left opposes him for legitimate reasons, not the right

basic common sense

Racist? There's nothing I can see in the comment that indicates race. The poster may well be racist, but that comment doesn't make him one AFAICS.

Look at lovely scenery there, so many blessings fouled by hateful people.

They're not doing without. Most haters live well.

I can't help but think, why is there no gratitude for the gifts they enjoy daily?

their hatred via their religion. Then others speak of Eden as they boast their hatefulness not getting that earth is a beautiful place fucked up by individuals such as they are. They are hate cults and to them their hatred is a sport. They seem to have been here since the beginning of time, defective beings wandering in the lower orbs of life in their creepy ruts of hatred. Such damn sick individuals.

If he has said "I'm going to...." then yes it would be a death threat. Legally, wishing violent death upon someone isn't the same as threatening it, unfortunately.

Here's another example:

"I hope you die in a car fire."

"I'm going to burn you alive."

One is a criminal threat and one is not. Our legal system is screwed up.

(I'm not advocating threats or making threats. Just explaining the difference with examples.)

To be a death threat, the threat has to be immediate, like "i'm going to kill you". To say that you "should" be killed, etc is shitheaded, but doesn't rise to the legal level to be considered a true threat.
