4. At this present time my daughter is having to deal exactly with this situation, from what she told

me how the men are dealing with her in her job seems to mirror that mindset, she is the only female working in her position on equal terms and in many of the said males cases have become their boss so to speak, a few are not happy and clearly and with full malice have expressed their disdain.

Interestingly she is more than qualified in her position but instead of firing some that have been outright disrespectful towards her, for which she firmly attempted to put them in their place she was informed that she should be the bigger person....

Words matter, not only deeds...and she has yet to hear the right ones from those above her, she was even informed that one horrific male co worker has been sent to some sort of behavior school several times already was just not working...that smiled, she raged....I so feel for her and at the same time I am so annoyed that she allows that she has to deal with this herself....

She should not have to, this boys club bs honestly has to be put down...she is close to a full on breakdown and why? Simply because she is a women attempting to be equal in what those idiots believe is a mans world...

from what she told me of her meetings these past two days, I am surprised that they have not asked her if she was simply pmsing...its not cute nor should this be allowed to continue....
