Question on Walker recall

If, for some reason, the recall of Scott Walker fails in June, will you believe the results? If not, why?

1. Probably not, especially if the R's voter suppression law is reinstated...

... we'll have to see how much intimidation is going on at the polls, and how closely the exit polls match the results.


I'm very skeptical that he can win a fair fight, but the R's vote with religious fervor.

2. What do you mean by "believe the results?"

Do you mean, will I believe that there was no fraud involved? No, and I would not believe so if he were recalled. I doubt whether many votes are fraud-free at this point, unless the constuency involved is very, very small. Simply put, it is too easy to bugger the results, and where a crime can be committed, a crime will be committed.

3. It may depend on "late returns" from Walkersha County

Even though the County Clerk (Nicholas) has now been supposedly replaced by a subordinate. The evil Nicholas is STILL employed and they will do whatever is necessary to save Snotty.

We can only hope the returns from elsewhere are numerous enough to send him packing in June after successful recall in May and then election against a worthy Dem candidate in June.
