Campaign finance reports from have revealed that campaign donations to Republican State Legislator Bill Kramer of Wisconsin have been siphoned into a legal fund to battle sexual assault charges made against him....

Kramer used the $10,000 to fight two felony charges of second-degree sexual assault, which calls for up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine on each count.

The complaint was filed after Kramer was alleged to have forcibly kissed, and grabbed the breasts and groin of a female aide after a political event in suburban Milwaukee in April 2011. Authorities say the woman came forward after two other women accused Kramer of sexual harassment earlier this year.

He told a police officer that he didn’t remember fondling one of his victims, but may not have because she had “doctor-enhanced breasts” and he likes natural ones. What a guy.

Well, he was really drunk and he got caught in at least 2 DUI's also.

But he was voted out by a landslide.

At a fund raiser, attended by high ranking members of the Wisconsin republican party.
The Majority Leader of the Wisconsin State Assembly, Bill Kramer (R-cesspool) attacked a staffer for the junior Senator of Wisconsin, Tea Bagger Ron Johnson, in the parking lot. Multiple witnesses to her being extremely distraught in the parking lot after the attack.
The only reason given for her choice to conditionally not press charges of sexual assault, was for the good of the party.
Her conditions were that mr. Kramer never attack another woman; If she ever learned he had, she would give a full statement to the police. When the story fist broke, there were rumors of who knew about Kramer, and questions as to why the ranking members did little or nothing to reduce Kramer influence within the party.
This spring, on a fund raising trip to DC, Kramer attack two different woman in the space of 24 hrs (at the event, and on the way home).


I would have to say; taking money donated for a specific cause and using it for personal gain, is the least slimy of his disgraces so far uncovered.
