I just took a phone poll for Rasmussen

The poll was about 90% focused on the economy, how I view it, how I'm doing, how do do I rate Obama's handling of the economy, do I think we're in a recession, do I expect us to enter a recession in the next 6 months, how important is the institute of marriage to you (nice segue).

They then asked a ton of demographic questions.

So when that poll comes out, you're welcome for the 2 point swing I gave on some answers.

This is the only reason I like having a land line - I get to take up to a dozen polls or more on even numbered years. My favorites are the push polls I get.

I told them I was waiting for another call (I am). Usually when they say survey it's a consumer thing. I could barely hear what they were saying anyway.

I pushed numbers to give my answers.

That may the first political survey I've taken that way. Most I'm talking to a real person.
